Yup, it's sad

I'd love to still be a Ford man, but I have to put what little money I have where it will do the most good for ME. A Toyota does that for me. Never owned a Honda Automobile, but they are every bit as good.
I'm sure Smokepole would agree as well.

If GM wants a REAL solution, they should hire a Japanese businessman and give him absolute authority. In a few years, I might be driving a Chevrolet. It's truly sad.
It's interesting to note, approx 75% of the Camrys in this country are made in Kentucky. A couple of years ago when Toyota was entering NASCAR, several angry (and uninformed) men passed through the shop complaining of having foreign cars on the track with American cars. Well, with all the outsourcing for parts that the american three do {mexico/ ford; canada/gm} who's the real american made car???
