OOOoooo, ho ho! WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!! Boba Fett lives!!!!!!! With the remaining charge of his jet pack routed through his wrist guantlet flame thrower and a thermal detonator, he kills the sarlacc! He then climbs out of the pit of Carkoon, and after several days of agony from the SEVERE burns from the stomach acids of the beast(Thank God for that armor!!) he is found lapsing into coma by another bounty hunter named Dengar{a former imperial assasin} and his bride to be Manaroo. They nurse him back to health over several weeks of rehabilitation with a pair of med droids. This is an AWESOME story read the short version(gag  ) in Tales of the Bounty Hunters. Get the real version (YAY!  ) in the Bounty Hunter Trilogy.

No Sir! Boba Fett lives a long time and has numerous run in's w/ Han and Leia's children, as well as Luke and Mara Jade Skywalker's children. There are TON"S!!!!!! of novels and I mean TON"S..to be read, the story seeen in the movie is paltry compared to the expanses of the books. Don't get me wrong, the movies are a staple of my video diet, but the books take to places (and I'm sorry Mr. Lucas) George Lucas's Industrial Light and Magic tech's can never go. The book is always better, if you have an imagination. Besides, I LOVE to read, it's a dying art in this WwW,doubleclicklazyass,com world. Any more questions on this topic? I love to answer these, no really I do!

who was sidious' jedi master, and later his sith master?

since he knew the power of eternal life, why is it only yoda, quia gon, obi wan and annikin that use it? did he not discover it completely and vader kept it from him?

and if vader were to keep it from him, i'd think vader would have to kill him, because sidious would know. i really dig the new dvd for jedi when they show annikin with yoda and obi wan at the end instead of the first guy that played vader.

Okay, Darth Sidious was never a Jedi.  He was trained as a Sith from the git-go.  His master was Darth Plagueis.  Darth plagueis was the one who discovered how to cheat death.  In other words, he could call the force to sustain life after life has given up on itself.  ALSO, he could use the force to CREATE life.  Now some theorize that Plagueis created Anakin by a darkside ritual involving Shmi.  This has never been substantiated.  It would make sense because Palpatine(Sidious) was no fool.  Remember in episode I when he patted little Anakin on the head and said "we'll be watching your career w/ great interest"?   OHH YEAH, he knew!   Why do you think he took to Anakin so well, so fast.   If this theory is true, then Sidious knew what his master had done, killed him in his sleep and resolved to make Anakin his apprentice knowing he would be the most powerfull Sith ever.  And he was certainly going  to be if Obi-wan hadn't cut him down so bad.  His injuries prevented him from ever using the force to his full potential.


The power Sidious uses and the phenomenon you see in Return of the Jedi are not the same.  When Qui-gon dies his spirit became one with the force.  Supposedly there is no return.  Miraculously he discovers a way to communicate with the living, but only for a short time.  AND the living must know how to commune w/ him.  Master Yoda learns to commune w/ him and teaches Obi-wan.  Obi-wan never gets far with Lukes training so evidently he cannot commune w/ them for very long.  That's why he only sees Obi-wan for short times and all of them at the end of episode VI breifly.  As far as Anakin appearing, one can only speculate, he was the chosen one after all.  He had the potential to be exponentially more powerfull than even Yoda.
